Aunt Agnes House's Behavior Specialists provide direct support services to the individuals we serve. These services are crafted to meet the unique needs of each person through a variety of things, including: in-person support, one-on-one meetings, staff and caregiver trainings, and assessments of consumer activities and behaviors.
We provide a level of care that promotes a person-centered environment that supports growth and success for our individuals, their families and support teams.
Aunt Agnes House's companion services protects the health, safety and well-being of the participate when an outcome goal isn't feasible.
Support staff will provide supervision and provide minimal assistance with daily living activities, including grooming, health care, household care, meal preparation and planning, and socialization.
Aunt Agnes House's In-home and community support (IHCS) is a direct service to participants in their home and/or in a community setting.
Services will consist of assistance, support, and guidance (physical assistance, instruction, prompting, modeling, and reinforcement) in the general areas of self-care, health maintenance, decision making, home management, managing personal resources, communication, mobility and transportation, relationship development and socialization, personal adjustment, participating in community functions and activities and use of community resources.
We offer short and long-term adult respite services for your loved one with a qualified Aunt Agnes House's Respite Provider who is capable of meeting all of their personal, mental and health needs.
Being a caretaker doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t take a break. It’s important to support your own wellness in order to provide the best care you can for your loved one.
We will work with you to determine which Respite option best suits your family’s needs.
